the staff were friendly and happy to assist. they accommodated my request for a room change quickly. the new room had a very comfortable bed. it was close to the beach and several attractions.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway. the hallway carpet looked old. the smell was NOT strong.

the room included a tv with many channels. the beds had clean linens. the bathroom was small but functional and featured a walk-in shower. everything seemed well-kept.

Check-in was fast and efficient. I felt welcomed immediately. the staff addressed all my inquiries patiently. i needed extra pillows and they brought them up within minutes. the staff really cared.

The hotel is near the promenade. shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. EVERYTHING is close. public transportation options were also convenient. i liked this.

Breakfast included both hot and cold options, offering a good variety. i liked the fresh fruit selection. the dining area was kept clean and tidy. I really enjoyed it. the food was AMAZING!!!

The bed felt comfy! I slept well each night. Staff members were always smiling, a small thing. The location provided close proximity to the pleasure beach and nearby eating places. The room was clean enough.
